couldn't resist..

Today (infact the past 7 days) have just been too beautiful to resist... here are some pics that capture our outdoor play today. What will I do in winter when we're kept inside? Eeeek.

more fall catch-up...

Since mom's in the mood to update y'all....
Here are some pictures we wanted to share from the past month.

Elijah's getting bigger and more interactive all the time!
Just loves to watch his big brother and sister whirl around him.

Now that he has more control/use of his hands...
he gets in a good whack to my nose every now and then
(which mommy and daddy say is good for me,
since I get a little too aggressive with my love...
or so they say).

He's even starting to get super duper close to sitting up all by himself!

Fun, random pic from when Auntie Jess was here in October...
Speaking of friends...we just took a fun trip to Green Bay last weekend to visit our friends, the Gunnells. I really was sad to leave, telling mom and dad, "I want FOUR brothers!" Yikes!

They have this totally awesome, big "jumper thing"
(my insistent reference to the trampoline that sits in their back yard)...

the daddy's bounced us and we just laughed and laughed....
holy moly...that was fun!

They have a great yard for running and playing....
I can't wait til we're older and we can play a game of football!
(with my four brothers....
Jackson, Walker, Cade and Ty! :)

Elijah will be bigger then too....we'll let him play!

Thanks Melanie and Brian! Can we come again SOON?

"scary" slope

I think mommy is heading down a scary slope.... one of delayed priorities (i.e. my blog), shortened memory lapses (forgetting what lies on the calendar and commitments that have been discussed/made yet somehow lost track of)...

She is FINALLY getting around, 10 days LATE, to our halloween pictures. Actually, in her defense, she was waiting for some neighbors to share their pics, b/c they had a great costume to share.

So, here it is.... our 2009 Baldry Halloween!

It started with a small preschool celebration the Wed before!

Here Hannah is giving me a send-off hug!

Next was our annual Baldry Halloween Bash!
Each year the bar has been raised
and this year everyone went all out with costumes!

(a little last-minute prep for the jail-birds)

Very creative Flacks! Loved it. Thanks for keeping it a surprise!

(I have to include a disclaimer before this last one....
100% homemade costumes out of fleece blankets!
This woman is a super-star when it comes to talent!)Had to get a pic of the youngest attendees....
in their matching outfits.
There was lots of food to go around...

playhouses...
and great entertainment for all as the pinata was introduced
(nice work Rock!)

Finally, then, the moment arrived for Trick-or-Treat.
The moment of truth, would they, or wouldn't the go?
(first year of attempt)

Noah could do without the cold wind, but Hannah on the other hand....
well, let's just say she found a calling today.

Hannah proved to be a Trick-or-Treat warrior....
no wind or chill in the air was going to hold her back....
she knew there was to candy to be had,
and it was right behind that door!
She had the sweetest "appy alloween" and "twick ore tweet" around!

When we got home we had a special package
from our Myers cousins waiting for us!
With lots of Halloween goodies!

We were definitely in recovery-mode here at the Baldry house,
after a fun-filled Halloween weekend!~

special treats

Mommy and Daddy headed to Minnesota for the Gopher/Badger weekend....
so we got to go to Noni and Papa's and have our own special fun!

They don't mess around! The know the way to our hearts!

Food!
Fire station!!

Jason really gave us some royal treatment!

(Practice round)

(the real deal!)

Speaking of the real deal....
they got a call when we were there,
so we even got to watch them in action!

Thanks Mr. Jason (and Papa Tom for bringing us).
We'll be talking about this one for a while!

Elijah will have to wait til he's a little older.
But I sure had fun telling him all about it!

(Here are a few pics of Mommy and Daddy's weekend!)

A win would have been nice, BUT...

new stadium is pretty rockin'!
Thanks Auntie Jess for the tickets!
