This week has been full of fun stuff. It started out last weekend when Mommy and Daddy took us to a carnival.
We are reading my favorite "wheels on the bus" book... Hannah really likes to join us!
Daddy's patient was soooo generous and shared this fun pool/sand-truck with us. I'm going to have fun sharing it with my friends this summer...

Hannah's turned into quite the chatter-box... she just loves her phone. Here she is talking to Papa Ike on Papa's day, while cuddling with daddy (two timer!)
This spring has been a very, very wet one. Our town and neighboring towns are falling victim to lots of flooding. Thankfully, Jesus is keeping us high and on dry land... he even gave us a day of beautiful sunshine and a day to play with Drew and Noni...

This weekend we are celebrating my daddy! Every day I get to spend time with daddy is a happy daddy's day - so I ask you this...how is this weekend different than any of those days?
I have lots of favorite moments with daddy - like when he and I play music together, or when he reads me or book, or like this time....
Mommy and I spent some time yesterday looking through the photo album that Noni made for her....made up of all the pictures from when my mommy was a little girl. I couldn't believe it... I thought I was looking at pics of my sister, Hannah! Mommy doesn't have time to scan a pic right now, but when she does... you'll see the resemblence I'm sure!
One of daddy's friends made these very special blankets for us...and we wanted to show her that they're "just the right size". THANK YOU!
"Tartar" (a.k.a. Carter) came over to our house last night to play. Mommy had fun watching the interactions between us all, especially when she walked away for a brief moment and when she came back she saw this....
Hannah and Carter looked like they had been seated for a class and I was the instructor... (oh no...mommy says... he's going to be little-mister "organizer" like his mommy!)
In the midst of my struggles to deal with the frustrations that accompany a two year old's little mind... I have moments of great love and tenderness for my little sister.
I insist on feeding her her bottle, and have proven to be a great little understudy to mommy (gently kissing her forehead and smelling her sweetness!).
Hannah is getting strong, she is now able to take baths with me. Well....the with me part is the difficult part, I have trouble sitting still. I like to splash and swim and roll... not something mommy and daddy are too patient with when Hannah's in the tub with me...
She is really showing off her teeth with these smiles (I think she was just relieved that mommy rescued her from the bathtub typhoon)!
There is something that the sun, warm weather, and nature do to a little boy of 25 months! Mommy hasn't always had her camera with her, but here are some shots that daddy was able to capture over the past week.
Noni spoils me when I'm with her.... I get to get right down and dirty with nature when we're together. So far this spring we've planted pumpkin seeds (at Noni and Papa's house), a little evergreen tree (at my house), and spring flowers..
I personally like the dirt best!
