week of cousins

this past week has been a great week of cousin fun.

We finally got to meet two of our cousins from IL,

Sydney

and Austin

It didn't take us long and we were outside and playing together
(very well, infact...mommy was very pleased!)


Gigi and Gr. Grandpa joined us,
fully entertained by all our activity!

Noni got the pool out for us,
which provided over an hour of endless fun.
Elijah has turned into a great bigger helper lately...
here he is helping Noni fill up the pool.

he has no fear when it comes to "water slides"...

a ritual he can do over, and over, and over again.

Here he's even doing what his big brother does with him
"come on Syd, I'll catchya"
(or at least that's what he's thinking!)

I'm always looking for a good reason
to celebrate the day with a frozen popsicle!

(and Noni is very good and keeping her freezer stocked!

Something tells me Papa's involved in that spoiling!)
