"scary" slope

I think mommy is heading down a scary slope.... one of delayed priorities (i.e. my blog), shortened memory lapses (forgetting what lies on the calendar and commitments that have been discussed/made yet somehow lost track of)...

She is FINALLY getting around, 10 days LATE, to our halloween pictures. Actually, in her defense, she was waiting for some neighbors to share their pics, b/c they had a great costume to share.

So, here it is.... our 2009 Baldry Halloween!

It started with a small preschool celebration the Wed before!

Here Hannah is giving me a send-off hug!

Next was our annual Baldry Halloween Bash!

Each year the bar has been raised
and this year everyone went all out with costumes!

There was lots of food to go around...

Finally, then, the moment arrived for Trick-or-Treat.

Noah could do without the cold wind, but Hannah on the other hand....
well, let's just say she found a calling today.

Hannah proved to be a Trick-or-Treat warrior....
no wind or chill in the air was going to hold her back....
she knew there was to candy to be had,
and it was right behind that door!
She had the sweetest "appy alloween" and "twick ore tweet" around!

When we got home we had a special package
from our Myers cousins waiting for us!
With lots of Halloween goodies!

We were definitely in recovery-mode here at the Baldry house,
after a fun-filled Halloween weekend!~
