It has become tradition in our house
to begin our Christmas decorating the weekend after Thanksgiving.

This year the weather was a little wetter than desired,
but little hearts were set on our tree hunt....
so off we went!











While tree dried out,
the boys set out to hand-make the Christmas star...

(Elijah's 1st arts/craft project....he was all over it!)

closely studying his older brother as he set to work...

nativity sets were assembled...

stockings hung...

(nothing brings in the Christmas cheer like our spider man costume :)

Mommy sat back and soaked in all the sweet moments,
knowing that it will only be a matter of time
before these little people grow into big people and well,
just enjoyed the energy that filled the house.
