Hannah's special day - Take 4

Our sweet Hannah celebrated her 4th birthday yesterday!

Mommy was able to spend some extra special one-one time with Hannah yesterday, and was reminded of her tender spirit, compassionate heart (sharing her birthday treats, unprovoked, with her brothers), and for her nurturing nature.

During the afternoon, Mommy took a moment to ask Hannah what things she was looking forward to during the year that she was 4.
Here was her response (in order)!

1. "I get to chew gum"
("loose" rule in our house - can chew gum when turn 4)

2. "I don't have to take naps anymore"
(not a pre-determined fact, but clever manipulation on her part :)

after a moments pause and a wave of delight coming over her...
3. Mommy gets to have her baby
(something she looks forward to on a daily basis)

Hannah is going to be a beautiful big-sister (again);

continues to amaze us with her generous soul,
yet keeps us on her toes with her crafty mischief!
She keeps up with her brothers with all the wrestling and rough play,
yet is graceful and nurturing as she cares for her "babies".

We love you Hannah!
