Mommy and daddy were starting to feel a little reluctant to travel yet again... as we have spent a lot of time in the car traveling these past few months, BUT.... it proved to be well worth it!
How could it not be when our first stop was here, for this?

(they even delivered the food right on the train!)
We spent nearly two hours hiking the Eagle Trail in Penninsula State Park (beautiful!)
lots and lots of good fresh air.
Hannah just loves being in that hiking pack....and even caught a little cat nap as we hiked along.
this is the hike down to the waterfront .... I was able to make it down (with the hand of mommy or daddy), but Hannah took the high-road - on daddy's shoulders.
And, at the end of the day, even though we were tired, we were STILL smiling!
On the way home we stopped to stretch and eat in Port Washington - and even found a slide or two that Drew and I could expend some energy on!
